Covid-19 protocol in our office

In the midst of these uncertain times we are striving to give our patients the best experience possible for their upcoming visits in our office. Some of the steps we are asking our patients to take are wearing a mask into your appointment, calling us upon arrival instead of coming into the waiting room and filling out a covid-19 screening form before their appointment.
